Steve Lafavore has worked in the home building industry for over twenty five years. His building experience started in New England with new and very extensive period renovations, new construction and remodeling in Florida and now nine years here in the Triangle area. Where he holds a North Carolina General contractors license for over eight years. He also has twenty plus years experience installing his own interior trim and cabinets. The company is also presently a member of the Wake County Home Building Association.

Steve lives in Fuquay-Varina with his wife and family. Where they are members of Abiding Presence Church , an Steve also serves on the building committee. He also on the board at Agape ' Kure Beach Ministries, a Christian family camp located in Duncan N.C. Currently on his second term, and is the chair person for the property committee.
