Specializing in historically influenced architecture they have developed a reputation for innovative floor plans, superior craftsmanship & excellent customer service.

They have received many professional awards, including 9 Parade of Homes Awards since 1998. As a recipient of the coveted Golden Achievement for Excellence in Customer Service, sponsored by Quality Builders Warranty Corporation, they rank among the top 3% of builders. Only 70 of these awards are given out annually and recipients across the nation represent the crème de la crème of the homebuilding industry. They received this award for its overall performance in the Triangle area. They have also received the 2002 Triangle MAME award for the “Best Brochure For A Custom Builder”.
